The founder of b.offices

Cyril Jay built his expertise directly in the field, supporting companies of very different sizes and sectors in their real estate decisions in Paris, Spain, and Portugal.

More than eight years of experience, hundreds of transactions supported, and a dual European culture shaped by over twelve years living in Spain. A trilingual practice—French, Spanish, English—that enables direct work in Iberian markets and in international contexts.

Studies in the United Kingdom and Spain, along with experience in leading international companies, have shaped a true entrepreneurial mindset: quickly reading and understanding a situation, proposing tailored solutions, and adapting to each context—including for the many foreign companies supported in setting up in France.
In parallel, specialized training in real estate law has helped structure and deepen this field experience.

What motivates this work as much as anything else: the richness of the encounters and the privilege of supporting entrepreneurs in decisions that truly matter for their organization.
